About the Role
The Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Peryer Construction’s projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards. From creating construction programs and methodologies to liaising with clients and supporting experienced Site Managers, this person will be at the heart of delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and support all projects, ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
- Develop and manage construction programs and methodologies.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing tender advice and attending pre-start meetings.
- Assist Site Managers with project logistics, H&S, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
What Peryer Construction is Looking For :
- Proficiency in MS Project with strong programming skills.
- Experience in client-side PM roles, consultancies, or main contractor PM/Contracts Manager positions.
- High emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with long-serving team members.
- Background in commercial construction with an understanding of contracts.
